Yellow circle: Great bullish gravestone and bearish engulfing combination on 1m right after the open, and a decreasing MACD/dviergence. Standard.
After the opening move takes us below the relative news bullish low (from 5:35), 1m makes a bullish harami and 5m makes a bullish engulf, reversing for a new high again. This is a fake move, but definitely has some power.
Purple circle: 1m comes down off the top (another bullish gravestone and bearish engulfing combination), with a bearish hanging man non-sig non-7J on the freshly bear-stacked EMA. 5m is also somewhat in a fake 34 rejection to the downside. But there is no significant pullback, 1m just runs all the way down to lows.
Blue circle: First 1m wave comes with the 5m 21 after the previous move began. Bearish engulfing yet again toward the end of this period, but no great 7J sig-candles so it’s mediocre. However, first waves are often sloppy and still good.
Yellow box: 1m first 34 touch is messy just like the wave, with multiple tests and no great candles. The first touch gets an immediate low and then pulls all the way back up. The second touch later takes it through the low again, still not quite to the news low, and reverses again.
Orange box: This is tricky but extremely profitable. The 1H is clearly bullish for the day (see MACD) which tells us we need to close higher. After an entire morning of going down toward lows, 5m makes a bullish harami toward the end of the day, and this just runs up 200 points until the EOD. It is very important to be aware of the 1H because of things like this.
